Sergio Marini, also known as Sygma, is one of the most eclectic artists in
the Italian dance scene.Artistically born in the late ’90s, he is a DJ, music producer, and vocalist with a career that spans multiple tracks reaching No. 1 on both Italian and international dance charts, collaborations with prestigious artists, and performances on stages across Italy, including tours with Radio m2o.
He collaborates with various Italian and international record labels: from
Time Records, with which he released his track MEMORIES on vinyl, to
DIY, where he worked as a remixer for Molella’s track TELL ME.
He then moved on to m2o compilations, starting a
partnership with Provenzano DJ, founding the projects
Italian Deejays, Mars Trek, and Rhythmix together with
Alberto Remondini. These projects reached No. 1 on the
charts with tracks that not only gained support from all DJs
in the industry (including those tied to competing radio
stations) but also filled dance floors and squares.
The track REAL LOVE, featured among others in the m2o
vol.11 compilation, hit No. 1 on the radio’s charts.
Italian Deejays, by Sygma & Provenzano, became not only
a dance project (with the track EUROFOLK licensed to
various compilations) but also a radio show exclusively syndicated across South America.
The Mars Trek project, with singles THE DRILL and MONOTEMA, earned the distinction of being one of the
very few artists supported by Gigi D’Agostino in his live sets.
Notable collaborations include working directly with Riva Starr (remixing SPLENDIDUB), Mauro Picotto (co
creating tracks like DON’T LET ME GO, I’M IN HEAVEN, and many others), Mario Più (DEDICATED 2021,
SERENDIPITY 2.0, VECTOR, among others), Ferry Corsten (FREE and the track SHIVA, released on Flashover
Recordings), Brooklyn Bounce (remixing their iconic hits BASS, BEATS & MELODY and THE THEME –
PROGRESSIVE ATTACK), Ronski Speed (AZURE, released on Giuseppe Ottaviani’s Go Music and performed
live by Ottaviani), and Mark Sherry (BEYOND STARLIGHT, released on Outburst Recordings).
Remarkably, he even collaborated with Academy Award-winning actress Anne Hathaway, releasing the
track A DEEPER TRUTH on the legendary Black Hole Recordings.

His radio show NIGHTLIFE SESSIONS, a one-hour weekly selection of the
best techno and trance tracks, is broadcast (in both English and Italian
versions) on various stations.
He also participates in events organized by Beenoise Records, including
the mixed radio show Beenoise Attack, the video show Noise Festival, and
live events during a European tour across London, Amsterdam, Berlin, and
Barcelona.
